Standard vs. Custom Products
We strictly differentiate return eligibility. Standard in-stock products qualify for limited returns subject to unopened packaging and hygiene conditions. Conversely, all OEM/ODM customized products are non-returnable. Since custom items are manufactured to unique client specifications, they have no resale value, making cancellations or returns infeasible post-production confirmation.

Hygiene & Safety Restrictions
This is a mandatory industry rule. Opened, used, or tried-on products are strictly non-returnable. As intimate personal items, once the seal is broken or the product is used, we cannot ensure subsequent hygiene safety. This policy is non-negotiable to protect the health of all end-users.

B2B Sample Policy
For B2B partners, we offer paid samples to validate quality and design. Upon formal mass production order placement and confirmation, the original sample fee will be fully credited or deducted from the production cost, as standard practice.

Quality Objection Period
To ensure quality assurance, clients may submit quality claims within 7-30 days of delivery. Please submit clear photographic or video evidence of defects. For disputed cases, we accept third-party inspection reports from accredited testing agencies. Valid quality issues will be resolved through replacement, refund, or re-production.

Shipping & Customs Risk
We ship using reliable carriers and provide tracking information for all orders. However, V-Joyful is not responsible for goods detained, seized, or fined by customs due to varying regional import regulations. While we will provide necessary documentation and cooperate to resolve customs clearance issues, we decline liability for resulting losses. Clients are advised to confirm local regulatory compliance prior to ordering.

Order & Payment Terms
We follow a clear 30/70 payment structure: 30% advance payment to confirm order and production, 70% balance settled before shipment. Supported secure payment methods include T/T and WorldFirst, ensuring smooth cross-border B2B transactions.

OEM & Customization Terms
For OEM and ODM clients, intellectual property protection is paramount. All custom molds, tooling, and proprietary designs developed for a client remain the exclusive property of that client upon full payment. V-joyful provides mold maintenance and storage services but does not reuse, reproduce, or share custom designs with any third party. Your unique products stay uniquely yours.

Delivery & Logistics
We offer flexible Incoterms: EXW and FOB, for clients to select based on needs. Standard lead time is 15-20 working days after sample confirmation and advance payment receipt, guaranteeing efficient on-schedule delivery.

Force Majeure
We recognize that the adult product industry faces unique external factors. V-joyful is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: customs inspections and import restrictions, regulatory changes in destination countries, raw material shortages or price fluctuations (particularly silicone), natural disasters, and global supply chain disruptions. We will communicate proactively and work with clients to minimize impact.

Compliance & Legal Liability
Buyers are fully responsible for ensuring product import, sale and use comply with local laws and regulations of destination countries. V-Joyful assumes no legal liability for losses caused by clients’ illegal use or non-compliant import/sales.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or transactions, both parties agree to seek amicable resolution through negotiation. Should resolution not be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) , or mutually agreed international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. This framework ensures fair, efficient resolution while maintaining business relationships.
